ORDINANCE NO.
SERIES OF 1909.
RELATING TO THr DISTRIMTION OF TATF2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH7 CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO:
Section 1. All water consumers within the city
of Fort Collins shall be divided into two classes, the first,
those occupying premises with street numbers odd numbered, and
the second class, those with even numbered street numbers.
Section 2. That between the first day of May and
the first day of November of each year, water may be taken
for irrigation and sprinkling by all water users who have
paid their water rent and obtained their receipt therefor, at
the following times only: Water consumers of the first class
on the first day of escii-a sly and each alternate day( thereafter

Water consumers of the second class on the second day of Q*-8-
month and each alternate day thereafter.
Section 3. Any person who shall use or permit to
be yised any water for irrigation or sprinkling, -'or for any
other purpose than domestic uses at any time between the first
day of May and the first day of November of each year, except
as permitted by the terms of Section 2 hereof, shall upon con-
viction be' lfined in the sum of not less than three dollars,
nor more than twenty dollars and costs.
