RELATING TO SALARIES OF THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Sec. 1 . That the salaries and compensation of the
officers and employes other than the Commissioners of the
City of Fort Collins as herein designated by title of
office and employment, and where change of name and title
of office and employment is made in this section, the same
is hereby declared to be intended to be amendatory of any
ordinance or ordinances giving names or title to said
offices or employment :

paid in monthly installments in accordance with the regul-
ations of the City Council respecting auditing and payment
of bills.
Sec. 2. Ordinance No. 9, 1916 and Ordinance No. 1_
1917 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are heret�7 repealed.
Introduced, read and ordered published at a regular
adjourned meeting of the City Council held on the 27th day
of May, 1918.
Passed and adopted this i.5- day of A. D. 1918.

regular adjourned
and read at length at a/meeting of the City Council held

Collins, in accordance with the provisions of Section 7
of Article IV of the City Charter; that thereafter and on,

of the City Council, said ordinance came before said
Council on its final passage, a period of more than ten
days having elapsed since the publication as above set
forth, and that said ordinance was upon second reading

RELATING TO SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
Section 1. That the salaries and compensation of the
officers other than the commissioners of the City of Fort
Collins shall be as follows, to-wit:

All the salaries of said employes shall be paid in
monthly installments in accordance with the regulations of
the City Council respecting the auditing and payment of
bills .
Section 3 . All persons named in Section 2 of this
ordinance are hereby declared to be employes, as well as
all other persons who shall be appointed by the Council to

employment, shall hold the office or employment to which
they are appointed at the pleasure of the Council upon the
recommendation of the Commissioner in whose department the
appointee is to be employed.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
