BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COT ITCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIITS
Section 1 That Section 25 of Ordinance No 7, Series of
1920, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows
"Section 25 No curb pump or pumps shall be
installed on the streets , alleys curbs or parkinga

Sect-on 2 That Sectroa 25 of Ordinance No 7, Series of
1920 , together with all other ordinances, or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, and also such oortions of a resolution entitled
"Amended Regulations for Installing of Gasoline
Filling Stations on Curb under Revocable Permit , "
passed and adopted 'June 2?, 1918, as may be in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, save and except that all causes of action accruing
in favor of the City of Fort Collins by reason of any violation of said
ordinances prior to the taking effect of tors repeal shall be
prosecuted as though no repeal had been made, and further , that the
rights of the City shall be in no way affected as to its control
over any and all curb pumps already installed

of two (2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 25th day of June, A D 19279
ana was duly ordered by aye and nay vote to be puolished once in full
in the Fort Collins Express-Courier , a daily newspaper of the City of
Fort Collins , in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Article
IV of the City Charter, that thereafter and on, to-wit the zAlp
day of July, A D 1927, at a regular meeting of the City Council, the
said ordinance came before said Council upon its final passage , a
period of more than ten days having elapsed since its publication
as above set forth, and that said o rdi nance was upon second reading
adopted as an ordinance, and thereafter and on to-wit the /. -
day of July, A D 1927, said Ordinance No /,$- , as finally
passed and adopted was duly published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper published in the said City of Fort
Collins Colorado
