ORDINANCE NO. 7 , 19290
BEING AN MMI RGENCY ORDINANCE RELATING-7 0—THE TP.!E AND PL,,CE OF
MEETING OF THE CITY COUITCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COTTICIL OF THE, CITY OF FORT COLLI1I6:
Section 1. The regular meeting of the City Council shall
be held at the City Hall on Friday of each week at eight o 'clock
in the forenoon. Special meetings of the City Council may be
called by any two members thereof, provided the call of such special
meeting and the subjects to be considered at said special meeting
shall be in writing and si_;ned by two members of the City Council
and filed with the City Clerk. Thereupon, the City Cll,rk shall
immediately give notice in writing to all memb;;rs of the City
Council of the time of said special meeting.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace
and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passarge
and publication, under and by virtue of the aut}iority contained
in Secti(ns 6 and 7 of Article I9 of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous
vote of all the members of the City Council at a regular meeting
held this 2nd day of March, A. ID. 1929 .

at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of

Express-Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of
the City of Fort Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of
the City Co,zncil, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter; and thereafter and on to-wit : the 5th day of March,
A. D. 1929 , said Ordinance No. 7 was duly published in the
Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
