ORDINANCE NO 90 19299
BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 200 19281,
AND ALSO ORDINANCE NO 6, 1929, WITH REGARD TO THE RATE OF
INTEREST AND ALSO PROVIDING FOR THE DATE OF THE BONDS IN
WALNUT, MOUNTAIN AND LINCOLN IMPROVE?AENT DISTRICT NO 32, IN
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE-IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Sections 5, 6 and 11 of Ordinance No 20,
1928, adopted and approved on the 4th day of August, A D 1928,
and also Section 4 of Ordinance No 6, 1929, adopted and approved
on the 2nd day of March, A D 1929, be and the same are hereby
amended as follows
Section 2 That wherever in said sections reference is
made to the interest on the improvement bonds of the City of Fort
Collins in said ordinances authorized to be issued by the Commissioner
of Finance and Ex-Officio Treasurer of the City of Fort Collins, said_
interest khall be four and one-half (4E) per cent per annum payable
semi-annually, and not four and three-quarters (4-3/4%) per cent as
in said sections provided
Section 3 That the date of the bonds issued in the aforesaid
district is hereby designated and fixed as October 1, 1928
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed*
Section 5 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety,
and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
under and by virtue of the authority containad in Sections 6 and 7 of
Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote
of all the members of the City Council this 15th day of March, A D
1929

Collins, do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance
oonsisting of five (5) sections was duly proposed and read at
length at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th
day of March, A D 19299. and was duly ampted and ordered published
in the Fort Coliins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper and the
official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins by the unanimous
vote of all the members of the City Council, as an emergency
ordinance in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7
of Article IV of the City Charter of the City of Fort Coliins,
and thereafter and on to-sit the 19th day of March, A D 1929,
said Ordinance No 9 was duly published in the Fcrt Collins.
