RELATIPTG TO TUB CRCATIM OF PRECINCTS 1 AND 2 IN WARD 5 IN THE CITY
OF FORT COLLITS AND FIXING T11F BOUNDARIES TH REOF
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Larimer have provided for the creation of two voting precincts within
the limits of Ward 5 in the City of Fort Collins, and fixed the
boundaries thereof for general election purposes, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY VIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TORT COLLINS
Section 1, That Precinct No 1 of Ward 5 in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, be and hereby does include the following described
territory - The north boundary being end including all of the south
side of Laurel Street, east of College Avenue in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, the east boundary being the city limits of the City of Fort
Collins, the soutl*boundary being and including all of the north side of
Elizabeth Street in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and the west
boundary being the city limits of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado't
said boundaries confo fling to the said precinct boundaries as fixed by
resolution of the Colmty Commissioners of the County of Larimer on the
6th d4y of November, 1923
Section 2. That Precinct No 2 of Ward 5 in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, be and hereby does include the following described
territory - The north boundary being and including all of the south
w
side of Elizabeth Street in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, the
east boundary being the city limits of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, the south boundary line being the city limits of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, the west boundary being the city limits of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, all in accordance with the boundaries
fixed by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer
County on the 6th day of November, 1923.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, conshsting of
three (3) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 9th day of February, A. D. 1924,
and was duly ordered by aye and nay vote to be published once in full in
the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins, in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of A�cle IV of
the Cityr ,ter, t1u t thereafter and on, to-wit the � day of

passage, a period of more than ten days having elapsed since its
