BE IT ORDAIN_M BY TIE, CITY CO"-CIL ^,F T' , CITY OF KRT COLLIl'S: Section 1. That Section 43 of Chapter 4 of the Fort Collins Code, relating to billiard and pool halls, bowling alleys and shooting gallerys be amended to read as follows : 043. It shall be unlawful for any rSnor to frequent any billard hall, pool hall or bowling alley, or to participate in any game in any such billiard hall, pool hall or bowling a'-ley, or to loiter about or frequent the ro .m or place where any billiard tables or alley are kept and licensed within the corr.ora a li-Ats of Fort Collins." Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peaea ant safety and this ordinance shall take effect upon its pas age and publication, under and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 5 and 7 of Article IY of the City Charter. Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all the members of the City Council this 19th day of April, A.
