Section 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3,
1920, fixing the salary of the Assistant Superintendent of Stater Torks be
asended so as to reed as follow0
"Assistant Superintendent of ^ester Works, per month, $150.00,"
which compensation so fixed herein small be efective � .
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an � :ergency exis>s
for the _reservation of the ublic health, peWce and safety, and this
ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under and by
virtue of thr; authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IY of the
City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of
