BEING AN O2DINANCE AMENDING SyCTION III OF 0 3DIIdAiCE
N0. 10, 1929 ,
BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION
OF BUILDINGS AIdD STRUCTURES AID THE USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND
LAND; THE HEIGHT AIdD SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES; THE
AREAS AND DIIENSiONS OF OPEN SPACES ON BUILDING LOTS; THE DENSITY
OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE CITY INTO
DISTRICTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Subdivision numbered 1, of section III
of Ordinance No. 10, 1929, be amended to read as follows :
1. One-family dwelling, fraternity and sorority house .

I, A. J. ROSENUff, City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins ,
do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance was
initiated and regularly submitted to a vote of the qualified electors
of the City of Fort Collins at the regular election held April 8,
A. D. 1930, and that there were 978 votes cast in favor of the
adoption of the aforesaid ordinance and 833 votes cast against the
adoption of the aforesaid ordinance , and said ordinance was by
resolution of the City Council found to have been regularly adopted
at said election and has become an ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins , which ordinance is known as People's Ordinance No. 1.
