HomeMy WebLinkAbout017 - 12/19/1930 - AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 015, 1930, RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE COST OF CONSTRUCTIO ORDINANCE NO 17 , 1930 BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO 15, 1930, RELATING TO THE ASSESSIJIENT OF THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF IMPRO VE&TENTS IN MATHEWS STREET IMPROVEBIENT DISTRICT NO 39 OF TIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT AND COLLECTION THEREOF BE IT OTNDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That Section 3 of said Ordinance No 15, 1930, be amended with respect to the final assessment roll for said Mathews Street Improvement District No 39 in this to-wit That the line reading as follows LOT BLOCK PROPERTY OrT.NTER FRONT RATE STREET ALLEY AGE INTER- RATE INTER- RATE TOTAL COST SECTION SECTION FRONTAGE FRONTAGE 18 148 Mayme Robinson Stanley 50 3 533 50 354 194 37 be changed and amended so as to read INTER- CURB & GUTTER LOT BLOCK PROPERTY OWNER FRONTAGE RATE SECTION RATE CREDIT TOTAL COST 18 148 Mayme Robinson Stanley 50 ' 3 533 50* 354 50 ' at $1 00 $144 37 but in no other respects whatsoever Section 2 In the opinion of the Citf Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the gublic health peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter -1- Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council this 19th day of December, A D 1930 Commissioner of Safety and Ex-Officio Mayor ATTEST City Clerk STATE OF COLORADO ) sa County of Larimer ) I , A J ROSENOW, City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins, do hereby certify and declare that the fore- going Ordinance, consisting of two (2) sections was duly pro- posed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of December, A D 1930, and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council, as an emergency ordinance in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter of the City of Fort Collins, and thereafter and on to-wit the P.3rdl day of December, A D 1930, said Ordinance No . 17 was duly published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins Colorado IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said City, this 23rd9, day of December, A D 1930 City Clerk
