OF 1927 THE SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE FIXING OF
A SCHEDULE OF RATES INCLUDING RULES AND REGULATIONS , SAID RATES
TO BE CHARGED AND COLLECTED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY SUC-
CESSOR TO THE WESTERN LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY FOR ELECTRIC LIGHT
AND POWER SERVICE AND MUNICIPAL LIGHTING WITHIN THE COT?PORATE

249 SERIES OF 1929 , WHICH IS AN AMENDMENT OF THE FOREGOING ORDIN-
ANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the section concerning Municipal
Lighting under the subdivision denominated "Rate" in said
Ordinance as amended by Ordinance No 24 Series of 1929, be
amended so that the same shall read

January 1, 1931
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council
an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety and this ordinance shall take effect upon the
passage and publication, under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unan-
imous vote of all the members of the City Council this 19th day
of December, A D 1930

of Fort Collins do hereby certify and declare that the fore-
going Ordinance, consisting of two (2) sections was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 19th day of December, A D 1930, and was
duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the
City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of
the City Council, as an emergency ordinance in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter of the City of Fort Collins, and thereafter and on
to-wzt the 23rd day of December, A D 1930, said Ordinance
No 18 was duly published in the Fort Collins Express-Fourier,
a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the seal of said City, this 23rd day of December,
