HomeMy WebLinkAbout009A - 10/31/1932 - RELATING TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1933, AND ENDING DECE r ORDINANCE NO 9A, 1932, BEING "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION 9RDINANCE," AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOH THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST, 19331 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31ST, 1933, AND FIXING THE MILL LEVIES FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
