BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE, AMEITDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO 34 1924) AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO 6 1932, No 12
1932 and No 12 1934, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF OFFICERS
AND ETTPLOYEES OF T,1E CITY OF FOPT COLLINS AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section a of Ordinance No 34, 1924
as amended by Ordinances No 6, 1932, No 12, 1932 and No 12,
1934 relating to the salaries of officers and employees of the
City of Fort Collins be and it is hereby amended by striking
out of said Section No 2 the following words tzGity Attorney
$125 00 to $175 00"-
Section a that there be added to said Ordinance
No 34, 192a as amended by Ordinances No 6 1932, No 12, 1932
and No 12 1934 Section 2 (a}
Section a (ay That the compensation of the City
Attorney shall be such amount as may from time to time, be
fixed by resolution of the City Council
Section 3 That Ordinance No 12, 1934, is hereby
repealed
Section 4 in the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety, and tnis ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced read at length and adopted by the un-
animous vote of all members of the City Council at a regular
meeting held this 2nd day of November, A D. 1934

City of Fort Collins , do hereby certify and declare that the
foregoing Ordinance , consisting of four (4) sections , was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council , held on the 2nd day of November, A D 1934, and was
duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the
City of Fort Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of
the City Council as an emergency ordinance , in accordance with
the provisions of Seations 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter, and thereafter and on to-wit the 7th day of November,
A D 1934, said Ordinance No 16 was duly publishe+n The
Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in
the City of Fort Collins , Colorado
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of said City, this 7th day of
November, A D 1934
