BE IT ORDAINED Ff 1 ' CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF FORT COLLI1\S
Section 1 That the folloning described por-
tion of Magnolia Street in the City of Fort Collins, Coloraao,
to-wit
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the East Half
of Block 9 of Scott-Sherwood Adaition to the City
of Fort Collins , according to the plat filed in the
office of the County Clerk on Lay 12, 1944, and
recorded in Book 5 on page 39A, thence North 30 feet,
thence Wiest 190 feet, thence South 30 feet , thence
East 190 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0 13 acres , more or less ,
be and the same is hereby abandoned and vacated, ana hence-
forth the same shall be treated as a part of the lot abutting
the same on the North, ana all right, title and interest of
the City of Fort Collins therein shall be and hereby becomes
vested in the owners of the lot abutting the same on the
North, as provided by law.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council
an emergency exists forthe preservation of the public health,
peace and safety and this Orainance shall take effect upon
its passage under and by virtue of the authority contained
in Sectionp 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introauced, read at length and adopted by the
unanimous vote of all members of the City Council, at a regular
meeting of the City Council, held this 16th day of February,

Collins Exbress-Courier, a daily newspaper ana official
nev,spaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote
of all members of the City Council, as an Emergency Crainance,
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of
Article Iv of the City Charter, and thereafter and on, to-wit
the 20th aay of February, A D 1945 , said Ordinance ho 2

daily newspaper published in the City of sort Collins, Colo-
rado
