BE IT OP.DA.IXED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COL'SNS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3, 1918, reing
amendatory ordinance of Ordinance ldo. 11 of 1913, ralating to the time
and _:lace of meeting of the City Council; be amended so as to read as
follc'rrs:
"Section 1. The ragular meeting of the City Council shall
be held at the City Hall on Si.t urday of each week at eight o'clock,
A. M. Special meetings of the City Council may be called by any two
members thareof, provided the call of such special meeting and the
subjects to be consider_ at said special meeting shall be in writing
and signed by two members of the City Council and filed with the City
Clerk. Thereupon the City Clerk shall immediately give notice in
writing to all members of the City Co ncil of the time of said
special meeting and the subjects which are to be considered at said
special meeting."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby r epealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City Ccrncil an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peave and safety,
and this ordinance shall take effect upon its pas,age and publication,
und7r and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7
of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous
vote of all the members of the City Council this 3rd day of June,
A. D. 1922.

Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the Council, as an
emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6
and 7Of Article IY of the City Cater, and thereafter, on towit the
