CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CURT COLLI7S: Section 1. That Section 21 of Ordinance 'To. 11, Series of 1917, relating to food and creating the office of food inspector be and the sane is hereby emended so as to read as follows: "Section 21. 'Seats slaughtered catside of the City of Fort Collins and not in approved abattoirs, and the carcasses broaght into the City for sale, must be ins-pected and stamped by the Food Inspector or his deputies under the following rules, towit: (1) All carcas;es rest have the :-_ead and all viscera, ex--e-rot the stomach, S1ad3er or.'- intestines, held together by natural attacaent. (C) All such carcasses shall be brc,:ght to the office of the Food Inspector upon the grovnde of the State pgric•:1tural College for inspection."
