FISCAL YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appro- riated out of
the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1923, and snding December 31, 1923, the sum of Two Hundred
Four Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-'our and 67/100($204, 334.67)
Dollars, to be raised by taxation and otherwise, .vhich said sum is
hereby divided and appropriated for the following purposes, towit:

The balance, if any, of revenue from water rentals shall be
applied toward paying interest bearing warrants that may be outstanding
on account of any water worxs improvements, and any balance remaining
shall be applied toward the redemption of the Second Series $75,000.oc
issue of Water Bonds of said City
Section 2. That for the purpose of providing the necessary funds
for meeting the appropriations set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance, the
following levy is hereby made uponeach dollar of the assessed valuation of
all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins,
the same being the amount necessary to provide for the payment of the fore-
going appropriations and to meet the payment thereof during the fiscal year
ending December 31, 1923, of all properly authorized demands upon the City
Treasurer for general expense 11 34 mills, which levy shall be certified
to the Board of County, Commissioners of Larimer County, by the Commissioner
of Safety and Ex Officio Mayor and the City Clerk, as provided by law.

hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting of
two (2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at afreggular
meeting of the City Council held on the 8 day of &2: ,
1922, was duly ordered by Aye and Nay vote to be published in the Fort
Collins Courier, a daily newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 7 of Article IV of the City Charter, that
thereafter and on towit the day of , 1922,

Council on its final passage, a period of more than ten days 'having elapsed
since the publication as above set forth, and t2at said ordinance was upon
