HomeMy WebLinkAbout146 - 11/06/1979 - ADOPTING THE 1980 CITY EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN ORDINANCE NO. 146 1979 BEING AN ORDINANCE AD i=NG THE 1980 CITY OF FORT COLLINS EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved a position classifi- cation and comprehensive plan for municipal employees for the City of Fort Collins; and WHEREAS, the administration has reviewed the City's comprehensive plan and has recommended that a new plan be approved which is based upon the principles of employee performance, prevailing wages, and internal alignment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1 .
