BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-73
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BY DELETING BUILDING HEIGHT LIMITATIONS IN THE
"I-P" Ii`lDUSTRIAL PARK ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that Section
118-73 B(2) be, and it hereby is, deleted therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the remaining Sections of Section 118-73
of the Code of the City of' Fort Collins be re-numbered so as to make their
numbering consecutive.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of October 1979, and to be presented for final'
passage on the 16th day of October 1979.
