'� 1922, BEING AN MERGENCY ORDINJANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHITTG TEE GRADES ON PEARL STEMM E=3 MING FATM THE South BOUNDARY LINE OF LAPORTE AVENUE, MERE THE SATSE INTERSECTS PEAL STREET, AND THENCE EX-MTDING SOUTH TO THE dORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF WEST 1,10JNTAIN AVERUE, .t9HEP.E THE SATM INTERSECTS PURL STREET, IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLIITS, COLORPDO. BE IT ORDMIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. The gap-des for Pearl Street, extending from the South boundary line of Laporte Avenue, where the same intersects Pearl Street, and thence extending South to the North bo--nd- ry line of West Mountain Avenue, where the same intersects Pearl Street, in the City of Fort Collins, are hereby fixed and establi.--I-ed and declared to be as follow;: Beginning at the intersection of Pearl Street with the north line of mountain Avenue which is station 0 plus 00, the elevation at the east side walk intersection 144.94, at the center line 145.02, at the west sidewalk intersection 145.28; at station 1 plus 43.5 the center line elevation 144.23; at 1 plus 50 the east sidewalk elevation 144.16, the west sidewalk elevation 144.514; at station 6 plus 15 said station being the intersection of Pearl Street with the south line of Laporte Avenue, the elevation of the east sidewalk line 147.00, at the center line 147.00, at the west sidewalk lire 147.20. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for the -reservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its pa.s,age and publication under and by virtue of the autl.ority containedin Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
