BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEE ANfENIIMIT OF SECTION 9 OF
ORDINANCE NO 7, 19213 RELATING TO LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEtMITS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIS CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 9 of Ordinance ITo 7, 1921,
relatirg to local public improvements be amended so as to read
as follows
°Section 9 The combination for roof and surface drainage
and paving of any alley or alleys connecting azW paved streets
may be ordered by resolution of the City Co sicil combined as one
improvement and shall not be the subject of remonstrance but the
owner of frontage and surface area to be assessed, shall have the
righ+ to file written cbJoctions and complaints to such combined
alley, roof and surface drainage and paving, after publication of
notice as provided in Section 2 of Ordinance No 7, 1921, before
the acb ption of an ordinance creating such combined alley, roof
and surface drainage and paving as one irrprovement district "
