BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORS COLLINS: Section 1. That the salaries and compensation of the employees hereinafter named in the parks of the City and the parkings be and the same are hereby fixed as follows: Assistant in charge of Lincolh Park . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $75.00 per month Assistant in charge of Washington Park . . . . . . . . . . . . .. $75.00 per month Caretaker in charge of South College Avenue parking . $75.00 per month Caretaker in charge of West :Mountain Ave, parking ... $75.00 per month. Which said salaries of said employees shall be ;paid in monthly installments in accordance with the regulations of the City Council respecting the auditing and payment of bills. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peHce and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
