IICKINLEY STREET FROI! THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF =12TTAIN AS
=RE,, THE SA'!E INTERSECTS 11CKINLEY STREET TO THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF
LA PORTE AVE:NE, IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLOPUM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH^ CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. The grades for McKinley Street from the North
property line of Mountain Avenue where the same intersects I`-cKinley
Street to the So-alh curb line of La Porte Avenue, are hereby fixed
and eetablis.vd and declared to be as follo,.vs:
Ali center line grades shall be raised six-tenthe of a foot
above Vicse given, for dirt or gravel improvement.
All elevations are in relation to and r-ferred to City Datum
104.76, at the intersection of the walks on the corner of
Collee Avenue and Oak Street at the postoffice corner.
Station 0 plus 00 which is the north property line of
:Iounta.in Aveme, west walk 148.45; west curb 148.22, C!est gutter 147.42,
centerline 148.22, east gutter 147.42, east curb 148.22, east walk
148.56; at station 6 plus 23 which is the south property line of
La Porte Avenue, west. walk 151.00, west curb ;50.71, w-.st gutter
149.91, centerline 150.71, east gutter 149.91, east curb 150.71,
east walk 150.90; at station 6 plus 35 Which is the south curb line of
Laporte Avenue, we-t curb 150.76; centerline 150.76, eact curb 150.76.
Section 2. Alk ordinances and carts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are :Iereby repealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication under
ik
and by virtue of the aatTority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article
IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of
all the members of the City Council this 21st day of July, A D 1923

three (3) sections was duly proposed and read at length at a regular meeting
of the City Council, held on the 21st day of July, A D 1923, and was
duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Courier, a daily
newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the
unanimous vote of all nenbers of the Council as tin emergency ordinance, in
accordance with the provisions of Sectio_4s 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter and thereafter town t the �_ day of July, A D 1923, said
