CURB LINE OF PITKIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLI.'S, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAIMED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. The grades for Mathewe Street from the South curb
line of Plum Street to the Uorth curb line of Pitkin Street are hereby
fixed m,.d esta':lished and declared to be as follows:
All center line grades shall be raided six-tenths of a foot
above those given for dirt or gravel improvement.
All elevations are r=ferred to City Datum B. :i. 104.76 at the
intersection of the walks on the corner of College Avenue and Oak Street
at the postoffiee corner. All elevations listed below from the south
curb line of Plum Street to the north curb line of Elizabeth Street pass
through a vertical parabolic grade.

Section d All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Section3 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the preservatior of the public health peace and safety and this
ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and Aublicatior under and oy
virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter
