BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADES ON
SCOTT STREET FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF MOUNTAIN AVENUE TO THE
NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF OLIVE STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 The grades for Scott Street from the South property
line of Mountain Avenue to the North property line of Olive Street are hereby
fixed and established and declared to be as follows
All elevations are referred to City Datum B M 104 76 at the
Intersection of the walks on the corner of College Avenue and Oak Street
at the postoffice corner
At station 0 plus 00 which is the south property line of Mountain
Avenue the west walk 143 19 west curb 142 75, west; gutter 142 12 center
line 142 76 east gutter 142 56, a-st curb 142 96, east walk 142 85 at
station 0 plus 8 west curb 142 79 west gutter 141 96 east gutter 141 76
east curb 142 59, at station 4 plus 00 which is the north property line of
Oak Street, west walk 145 39, west curb 145 10, west gutter 144 36 center
line 145 20 east gutter 144 22, east curb 144 96, east walk 145 09, at
station 5 plus 00 which is the south property line of Oak Street, west
walk 145 39 west curb 145 19 west gutter 144 40, center line 145 30 east
gutter 144 49 east curb 145 21, east walk 145 40 at station 5 plus 6
west curb 145 16 west gutter 144 36 east gutter 144 45, east curb 145 26,
at station 9 plus 00 which is the north property line of Olive Street, west
walk 146 39 vest curb 146 19 west gutter 145 40 center line 146 30,
east gutter 145 45 east curb 146 21, east walk 146 40
Section 2 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Section 3 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication under
and by virtue of the autrority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV
of the City Charter

meeting of the City Council held on the nd day of September A D 1923
and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express-
Courier a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the Council as an
emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and
7 of Article IV of the City Charter and thereafter towit the 2.5 46f
day of September, A D 1923, said Ordinance No 00 was duly published
in the Fort Collins Express-Courier a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fort Col�ins, Colorado
