BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDINGSECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO 3, 1920,
FIXIZTG THE SALARY OF HE CITY CLFRS OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COIARADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No 3,
1920, fixing the salary of the City Clerk be amended so as to read as
follows
"City Clerk, per month $175 00,"
which compensation so fixed herein shall be effective October 1, 1923
Section 2 In the o¢inion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect uuon its passage and publication, under
and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article
IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unani-nous vote of
all members of the City Council this 99vid day of September, A D 1923
