BF IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That Section 7 oteOrdinance No. 6, 1916, being an ordinance relating to electrical inspection department, and providing rega14tions for electrical installation and equipment within the City of Fort Collins, be amended so as to read as follows: "Section 7. All companies, firms, corporations, or individuals sn"d in the business of installing electrical wires or appliances inside of or on any building or buildings within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins, except central stations, poorer houses, substation or car barns, for the purpose of transmitting or utilizing the electrical current for light, heat or power, house annunciators, burglar alarms, electric bells, electric signal systems, c)rivate telephone, telegraph or messenger call system, liFlAing fixtures or installing electrical apparatus of any nature, kind or description, she)/, upon form of application to be prescribed by the Conviissioner of Safety, apply to the City Council for a license, which application shall be accompanied by a good and sufficient bond in the sum of One Thousand Dollars, conditioned that all electric work installed by said company, firm, corporation, its employes, or individual, shall be in accordance with the requirements of this ordinance ; and if such license shall be granted said company, firm, corporation or individual shall cause to be ;•aid to the City Clerk the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars in advance as the annual fee for such license, and upon the granting of such license by the City Council the Commissioner of Safety and ExOfficio Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to issue a license to the person entitled thereto.
