BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMIEITDI G SECTION 1 OF ORDPTANCE NO 3,
1920, FIXING THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY ELECTIUCAL IITSP_CTOR aF TIC CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF mHE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That that Dortion of Ordinance No 3, 1920 fixing
the salary of the Deputy Electrical Inspector be amended so as to read
as follows
"Deputy Electrical Inspector per month $50 00 It
which compensation so fixed herein shall be effective January 1 1924
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public nealth peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under
and by virtae of the autnority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article
IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote
of all rrembera of the City Co-Lxcil this 15th day of December D 1923

newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the
unanimous vote of all members of the City Council as an emergency ordinance,
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City 01-4.krter of the City of Fort Collins, and thereafter and on to-wit the
day of December A D 1923, said Ordinance No Z// was duly
published in the Fcr t Collins Express-Courier a daily newspaper published
in the Citv of Fort Collins, Colorado
