OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
.BEING AN ORDINANCE.APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS,. Article V, Section 15, of the Charter, of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue •at .cany >time during the
. year .in which such revenues are received; and
WHEREAS. A a Capital Projects Fund has been created to which funds
have been transferred for the completion .and construction of capital
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to design the conversion of the current
ballfield lighting system to a more energy efficient system; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $912,000 in bond proceeds for the
construction of neighborhood parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of NINE
- HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($915,000.00) as follows: —=
Ballfield Lighting Conversion Design $ 3,000
Community Park Acquisition 660,000
Edora Park 25,000
Lee Martinez Park '130,000
Rolland Moore Park 30,000
City Park Renovation 32,000
Cost to Issue Bonds 35,000
912,000
Total $915,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered . pub-
lished this 1st day of September 1981, and to be presented for final
passage.on the 15th day of September ,19
