OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF FORT, COLLINS
."BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
.`Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any-time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to design' the conversion of the current
ballfield lighting system to a more. energy efficient system; . and
..WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in .the .Revenue
Sharing Fund for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
prior year reserves in the Revenue Sharing Fund, the total sum of THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) for the purpose of designing .the conversion of
the ballfield lighting system.
Introduced, considered favorable on first reading and ordered pub-
lished- this lst day of September , 1981, and to be presented for final
passae on the 15th day of Septembe, 1981.
