WMREA% Since the adoption of the annual appropriaticn ordinance for the fiscal year ending December 319t, 1927, an emergency and unfor-seen contingency has arisen, whereby it has become and is necessary to pay Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for Colorado and Southern Railway Viaduct Damags Expense, and the public necessity requires an additional appropriation of public funds therefor; therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of the general revenues-of the City of Fort Collins for the year 1928, tiuxlses taken up prior thereto, the aum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, to be used to pay for Colorado and Southern Railway Viaduct Damage expense, which said nmm, when this ordinance takes effect, shall be credited on the books of the City Clerk and City Treasurer to the Colorado and Southern Railway Viaduct Damage Fund, and regi.steredf3ve(5%)psr cent warrants of the City shall be issued to cover said amount. Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for the presery ation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passagge and publication, under and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IO of the City Charter. Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the City Council at a regular meeting held this llth day of December, A. D. 1926.
