PER CENT REGISTERED WARRANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $450 00 FOR LO
EAR GENCY
WHEREAS, Since the adoptinn of the annual appropriation
ordinance for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 1927, an emergency
and unforeseen contingency has arises., whereby it has become and is
necessar to 6 * htee�
y pay^Se*6i� hundred fifty ($1$50 00) Dollars on account
of confusion as to the lot lines of Lots 16, 179 189 19 and 20 in Block
14, in the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, and the public necessity
requires an additional appropriation of public funds therefor, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIITS
Section 1 That there be and hereby is appropriated out of
the general revenues of the City of Fort Collins far the year 1928,

unless taken up prior thereto, the sum off�� igqhc�k whundred fifty
($1050 00) Dollars, to be used to pay for the correction of errors in
the lot lines of Lots 16, 17, 189 19 and 20 in Block 14 aforesaid,
which said som when this ordinance takes effect, shall be arecuted
on the books of the City Clark and City Treasurer to Block 14 Emergency,
and registered per cent warrants of the City shall be
issued to cover said amount.
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and
this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under
and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article
IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of
all members of the City Council at a regular meeting h6ld th.Ls 30th day
of April, A D 1927

do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting
of two (2) sections was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 30th day of April, A D 1927,
and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fora, Collins
Express-Courier, a daily newspaper end the official newspaper of the
City of Font Collins,. by the unanimous vote of all members of the City
Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter , and thereafter

Ordinance No 9 was duly published n the Fort Collins Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado
