SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH

RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO C ' RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 19582 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures
and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and
for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted
in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to
Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations ', the following, to-wit
Section le The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SEk of Section 13,
Township 7 North, R�zCge 69 West of the 6th P.Mo.,
City of Fort Colli s, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, which considering the East line of said
SE4 as bearing N 00 18130 E. and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, is contained with-
in the boundary lines which begin at a point which
bears N 89 38' W 320000 feet and again S 00 18'
30 Wd 70.00 feet from the NE corner of said SEk
and run thence S 00 18130 W 345 28 feet thence
along the are of a 1014.24 foot radius curve to the
right a distance of 272 07 feet, the long chord of
which bears S. 07 5935" W. 271.25 feet, thence
along the arc of a 15 foot radius curve to the right
a distance of 21.87 feet, the long chord of which
bears S. 57 26'40 W. 19 98 feet thence along the
arc of a 860 foot radius curve to the right a dis-
tance of 162 56 feet the long chord of which bears
N 75 22125 Wo 162 33 feet thence N 69 57130" Wo
339 63 feet thence N 00 13130" Eo 470 66 feet
thence S. 89 38' E 530 00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 6.7384 acres, more or less
be changed from A Residence District to C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 7th day of February, A. D , 1963, to be presented for final
passage on the 28th day of February, Ar D,, 1963
