CREATING A FUND FOR MAKING EXTENSIONS, IMPROVEMENTS,
ENLARGEMENTS, AND BETTERMENTS OF THE UTILITIES IN
THE DIVISION OF WATER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPAL
PUBLIC UTILITIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE-101TY OF PORT-COLLINS-
Section 1 There is hereby created a fund for making extensions,
improvements, enlargement, and betterments of the utilities in the Division of
Water of {,he Department of M=cipal Public IIii$ities:,
Section 2 There is hereby transferred to said fund out of the funds
of the Division of Water the sum of $187,800
Section 3 The moneys in said fund shall be invested in Government
bonds or bonds of the City of Fort Collins by the Director of Finance or in such
other securities as may be authorized by the City Council by resolution
Section 4 Such fund shall be expended for the purpose of making such
extensions, improvements, enlargements, or betterments of the utilities in the
Division of Water as may be provided in the annual budget adopted by the City Council
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 17th day of May, A D 1956, and to be presented for final passage on June 28,
1956.
