AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929 AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE WEST HALF
OF BLOCK 184 MAIN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND CHANGING THE WEST HALF
OF BLOCK 19 I C BRADLEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended being
an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings
and structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height
and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open
space in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to
divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection
therewith be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II en-
titled Zoning District Regulations , the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described lands, to-wit
The West Half ( ) of Block 184 Main Addition to the
City of Fort Collins Colorado,
shall be taken from B Residence District and put into and made a part of
C Residence District and that the following described lands to-wit
The West Half (W' ) of Block 1, I C Bradley Addition
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
shall be taken from B Residence District and put into and made a part of
D Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein es-
tablished
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repeated
