HomeMy WebLinkAbout015 - 05/09/1963 - REZONING A PART OF THE NE 1/4, SECTION 15 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M, FROM ''A'' 4 � T ORDINANCE NO 1' 1963 AMENDING CHAPTER 19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 19583, AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PART OF THE NE,, SEC- TION 15 TOl7NSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M , IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO FROM 'A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc- tures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is here- by amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled ' Zoning District Regula- tions , the following to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado, to-wit Tract of land in the NE% Section 15 Township 7 North, Range 69 "lest of the 6th P M County of Larimer State of Colorado more particularly described as follows Beginning at the SE Corner NE< of Section 15, T 7N , Range 69 17 , 6th P M thence N 00 00' E 924 0 feet thence N 89 38' W 545 0 feet to the true point of beginning thence N 00 00' E 138 70 feet thence N 90 00' -W 178 04 feet thence N 89 00'30 W 551 75 feet thence S 45 30' W 21 40 feet thence S 00 00' dl 128 74 feet thence S 89 38' E 745 0 feet to the true point of beginning containing 2 39 acres be changed from A Residence District to C ' Residence District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the origi- nal zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed 116 Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 18th day of April, A D 1963 and to be presented for final passage on the 9th day of May A D 1963 Mayor - ATTEST City Clerk 5 � Passed and adopted on final reading this 9th day of May A D 1963 Mayor ATTEST City Clerk -2-
