ORDINANCE NO 18 , 1963
BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN CAMPUS WEST SHOPPING CENTER
WHEREAS, the plat of Campus West Shopping Center describes and
dedicates certain easements which are more particularly hereinafter described,
and
WHEREAS, the owners of all the area involved have petitioned the
Council of the City of Fort Collins to cause said easements to be vacated, and
WHEREAS, said easements have never been used and the City of Fort
Collins has never expended any public funds upon said easements and said
easements are not needed for any public purpose, and
WHEREAS, it further appears that the rights of the residents of the
City of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
such easements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That certain easements more particularly described as
follows to-wit
Beginning at a point which is 10 feet South and 5 feet East
of the NW corner of Lot 2 Campus West Shopping Center
thence South 15 feet, thence West 10 feet, thence North 15
feet thence East 10 feet to point of beginning ALSO
Beginning at a point which lies 5 feet South and 6 feet
West of the NW corner of Lot 2, Campus West Shopping
Center thence West 19 feet, thence North 10 feet, thence
East 15 feet, thence North 75 feet, thence East 4 feet,
thence South 85 feet to point of beginning ALSO
Beginning at a point which lies 80 feet North and 105
feet West of the NW corner of Lot 2, Campus West Shopping
Center thence West 10 feet thence South 15 feet thence
East 10 feet thence North 15 feet to point of beginning
be and the same are hereby vacated, abolished and abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 2nd day of May 1963 and to be presented for final passage on the 23rd
day of May, 1963
