FROM ''A'' RESIDENCE D 01 ORDINANCE NO �5 1963 AMENDING CHAPTER 19 COD 0-P—MINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PART OF SECTION 18 TOWNSHIP T NORTH RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P M IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO FROM A RESIDENCE DIS- TRICT TO 'D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc- tures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled 'Zoning District Regulations ° the following to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado to-wit A tract of land in Section Eighteen (18) Township T North Range 68 West of the 6th P M Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 18 thence North 30 feet along west section line thence East 30 feet to a point where the East line of right-of-way of Lemay Avenue intersects the North line of right-of-way of Prospect Street the true point of beginning thence North along right-of-way 120 feet thence East parallel to Prospect Street 120 feet thence South 120 feet to a point on the North right-of-way of Prospect Street which point is 120 feet East of true point of beginning thence West along North right-of-way line of Prospect Street 120 feet to true point of beginning be changed from A ' Residence District to 'D Commercial District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 1st day of August A D 1963 and to be presented for final passage on the 22nd day of August A D 1963 Mayor L::�=2m k Qdl�� ATTEST _ ,- City Clerl Passed and adopted on final reading this 22nd day of August A D 1963 )OLZ;� Mayor ATTEST City Clerk -2-
