AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PART OF EMIGH'S SUB-
DIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO FROM 'C'
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado 1958 as amended being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures
and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population
and for said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled ''Zoning District Regulations' the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property situate in the County
of Larimer State of Colorado to-wit
Commencing at a point 72 50 feet West of the Southeast corner
of Lot 10 of Emigh's Subdivision according to re-plat of A
I. Emigh's Subdivision filed October 28 1907 thence North
200 feet thence West 60 50 feet thence South 200 feet
thence East 60 50 feet to point of beginning
be changed from 'C" Residence District to "D ' Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 1st day of August A D 1963 and to be presented for final
passage on the 22nd day of August A D 1963
