BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22-64 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED RELATING TO LICENSE REQUIRED FOR
CARE AND REMOVAL OF TREES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 22-64 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby
is amended by deleting therefrom the following words and figures to-wit
The license fee shall be Five Dollars ($5 00) per year or
fraction thereof payable in advance`
and by substititing therefore the following
The license fee shall be Five Dollars ($5 00) per year of
fraction thereof payable in advance provided that effective
January 1 1964 the license fee shall be Sixty Dollars ($60 00)
per year or fraction thereof payable in advance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 15th day of August A D 1963 and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of September A D 1963
