BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11-8 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED RELATING TO RATES TO BE CHARGED AT
THE CITY DUMP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 11-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby
is amended to read as follows
Section 11-8 The following rates for the privilege of using
and depositing refuse rubbish and other waste matter upon and
in the city dump of the City of Fort Collins are hereby esta-
blished
Packer Trucks $4 00 per load
Self loader trash truck 3 00 per load
Regular trucks 2 00 per load
Pick-up with raised bed 1 25 per load
Pick-up or 4 wheel trailer 0 75 per load
2 wheel trailer maximum 0 50 per load
capacity 1 cubic yard
Automobile or station wagon 0 25 per load
Old car bodies in lots of 5 or more 0 50 each
Old car bodies in lots of 4 or less 1 00 each
Dead animals over 100 pounds 1 50 each
Dead animals under 100 pounds 1 00 each '
Section 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 22nd day of August A D 1963 and to be presented for final
passage on the 12th day of September A D 1963
