ORDINANCE NO 30 1963
AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO, 1958 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOTS 12 13 and 14, BLOCK
91, CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLOitADO FROM "C" RESIDENCE DIS-
TRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict
the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc-
tures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures
the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of
population, and Sr said purpose to divide the City into districts, and
the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby
amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations",
the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Lots 12 13 and 14, Block 91 City of Fort Collins, Colorado
be changed from 'C" Residence District to "D' Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 5th day of September, A D , 1963 and to be presented for
final passage on the 26th day of September A D 1963
