AMENDING CHAPTER 199 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COWRADO, 1958 AS COMMNLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING� FOF THE NEt OF
THE NW% OF SECTION 24 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF
THE SIXTH P M. AND LOTS 15 16 AND 17 OF THE SECOND
ORCHARD PARK SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
COLORADO FROM "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "A" RESIDENCE
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and useof buildings and structures
and land the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population,
and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations", the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the -following described property situate in the County
of Larimer State of Colorado, to-wit
Begin at a point 300 0 feet West and 30 0 feet North of the
SE Corner of the Sft of the NE& of the NB$ of Section 24-7-69,
thence North 150 0 feet, thence West 352 0 feet, thence South
150 0 feet, thence East 352 0 feet to the point of beginning
AND Lots 15, 16 and 17 of the 2nd Orchard Park Subdivision
be changed from "B" Residence District to "A" Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 5th day of September A D 1963, and to be presented for final
passage on the 26th day of September, A D 1963
