M., FROM ''A'' RESIDENCE ORDINANCE NO 34-1 1963 AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 19589 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PART OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M., IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, FROM "A" RESIDENCE DIS- TRICT TO "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and struc- tures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population, and for said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled Zoning District Regulations" the following, to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado, to-wit A tract of land situate in the SEk of Section 13, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins County of Larimer, State of Colorado which con- sidering the East line of said SEh as bearing North 00 18'30 ' East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears North 89 38' West 320 00 feet and again South 00 18'30 West 70 00 feet and again North 89 38' West 530 00 feet and again South 00 18130" West 150 00 feet from the Northeast corner of said SF& and run thence South 00 18'30" West 320 66 feet, thence South 69 57'30" East 339 63 feet thence along the are of a 860 00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 12 51 feet the long chord of which bears South 70 22'30" East 12 50 feet thence North 19'12'30" East 110 00 feet thence North 70 22'30" West 10 89 feet thence North 69 57'30' West 262 22 feet thence North 00 18'30" East 243 26 feet, thence North 89'41130" West 110 00 feet to the point of beginning con- taining 1 5015 acres more or less be changed from 'A" Residence District to "B" Residence District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 19th day of September, A D 1963, and to be presented for final passage on the loth day of October, A D 1963 -'C odz,4� Mayor ATTEST City lerk Passed and adopted on final reading this loth day of October, A D 1963 �/A JU Mayor ATTEST City C ferk -2-
