Home My WebLink About045 - 11/27/1963 - REZONING THE EAST HALF OF BLOCK 82 FROM 'B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ORDINANCE NO 45 , 1963 AMENDING CHAPTER 19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING EAST HALF OF BLOCK 82 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO FROM 'B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled Zoning District Regulations , the following, to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado, to-wit East Half of Block 82 City of Fort Collins, Colorado bounded by Oak Street on the North, Meldrum on the East Olive on the South and the Alley on the West be changed from B Residence District to D Commercial District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 7th day of November A D 1963 and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of November A D 1963 Mayor ATTEST City C erk Passed and adopted on final reading this 27th day of November A D 1963 Mayor ATTEST City C1 k
