AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PORTION OF
THE SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE CONSOLIDATED ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open space
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II, entitled Zoning
District Regulations , the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that a portion of the lands known as the South College Avenue
Consolidated Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 23, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence North 89 26'
West 200 feet, thence North 00 14'30 ' East 2335 66 feet,
thence South 89 45'30 East Ill feet, thence North 00 14'30
East 170 feet, thence North 89 45'30 West 177 feet, thence
North 00 14'30 ' East 134 50 feet, thence South 89 28' East
266 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast 4UAter
of said Section 23 thence South 00 14'30 West 2640 feet
to the Southeast corner of said Section 23 which property
is a portion of the City of Fort Collins and zoned as A
Residential
shall be taken from A Residence District and put into and made a part of
D Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 24th day of April, A D 1958 and to be presented for final
passage on the 22nd day of May, A D 1958
