AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929 AS AMENDED CONMNLY
KNOWN AS THE TONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PORTION OF
THE MORAN SUBDIVISION TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open space
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II entitled Zoning
District Regulations the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
so
and amended/that a portion of the lands known as Moran s Subdivision and
more particularly described as follows to-wit
The East Half (Ek) of Block One (1) Moran's Subdivision
shall be taken from A Residence District and put into and made a part of
C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repeale4t,
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 8th day of May A D 1958 and to be presented for final
passage on the 12th day of June A D
