AMENDING ORDINANCE F0 10 1929 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNO14N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE EAST 448
FEET OF BLOCK 1 IN MOUNTAIN VIEW ADDITION AND THE SOUTH
72 25 FEET OF LOT 14 IN TENNYSON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO
C' RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 11 entitled Zoning
District Regulations the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the East 448 feet of Block 1 in Mountain View Addition
and the South 72 25 feet of Lot 14 in Tennyson Heights Subdivision all
within the City of Fort Collins Colorado shall be taken from A Resi-
dence District and put into and made a part of C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 26th day of June A D 1958 and to be presented for final
passage on the 24th day of July A D 19
