AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 102 1929 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PORTION OF THE
SECOND ORCHARD PARK SUBDIVISION TO C' RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open space
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II, entitled 'Zoning
District Regulations , the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that a portion of the lands known as the Second Orchard Park
Subdivision, and more particularly described as follows, to-W3.t
Lots 8 and 9 of the Second Orchard Park Subdivision and
an unplotted area described as beginning at the Northwest
corner of Lot 8 thence West 210 feet thence South 214 feet
thence East 210 feet thence in a Northerly direction to point
of beginning, the area also being part of the Second Orchard
Park Subdivision,
shall be taken from A' Residence District and put into and made a part of
V Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 14th day of August, A D 1958, and to be presented for final
passage on the llth day of September, A.D 1958
