AMFNDING ORDINANCE NO , 1955, RELATING TO
SALARIES OF CITY OFFICIALS APPOINTED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
Section 1 That Section 3 of Ordinance No 5, 1955, be
amended by deleting therefrom the figures 42,400 00" substituting
therefor the figures "$2, 880 00"
Section 21 The effective date for the change in the
above salary and compensation shall be January 1, 1959
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 22nd day of January, A D 1959, and to be
presented for final passage on February 12, 1959
